Support for your Unique Birth Story

Birth Services

As birth doulas, we are committed to nurturing your empowered and embodied birth. We are here to safeguard your birth experience with evidence-based information, supportive emotional and physical presence, and advocacy where needed.

In prenatal visits, we will establish your unique needs and goals, and provide you with personalized tools and techniques to walk confidently through labor and beyond. Throughout your birth, we will be at your side—breathing with you through contractions, guiding you into helpful labor positions—or quietly in the background diffusing lavender oil, making your partner a snack, or preparing cold washcloths for your brow. Our role shifts depending on your needs in the moment. After the birth, in our postpartum visit, we’ll have the opportunity to address any practical concerns or questions that have popped up (How do you swaddle a baby again? Is this nursing latch right?).

Molly is also a certified birth assistant. Get in touch to learn more about how she can help.
